Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

We accept prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, subject to serviceability.

Payment must be completed before order dispatch in case of prepaid orders.

Delivery delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Jewellery products are non-returnable and non-refundable in cash.

Approved claims will be adjusted in the next order only.
